Australian Music Examinations Board's (AMEB) 3-level Ashgrove studio has a range of contemporary spaces available for hire, ideal for performances, eisteddfods, workshops, rehearsals and meetings.

Theatrette

Equipped with audio-visual, sound and lighting equipment, as well as a Shigeru Kawai Grand Piano, Kawai upright piano and lectern, the theatrette is a versatile space suitable for a variety of different events.

The 11x11m space seats a capacity of 100, and features an 11x4m curtained stage with side access from the designated green room.

Max Olding Auditorium

Perfect for smaller concert events and professional development sessions, the Max Olding Auditorium boasts an exceptional Kawai Grand Piano on a raised 3x5.8m wooden stage—the perfect platform for smaller performances.

This space seats a capacity of 80 and is subject to availability.

Studios

Whether you just need a place to practice, or would like to host a small workshop, AMEB has 8 modern studios available for hire all of which contain a Kawai upright piano.
